I offer individualized fitness goals to achieve the results YOU desire. I have over five years’ experience walking alongside clients with their transformation. The following certifications allow me to enhance the client experience:
- Certified Strengthening and Health Coach
- Certified Personal Trainer
- Certified Nutritionist
- Certified in CPR & AED
My goal is to help you infuse new healthy fitness habits into your lifestyle, increase confidence in what your body can do, and assist you with overcoming hurdles impacting long-term success. We’ll begin by having an initial consultation followed by a comprehensive assessment. This includes:
- Analyzing your body type
- Reviewing your health background (i.e. chronic health conditions, current BMI, etc.)
- Discussing past challenges
- Identifying goals
- Creating a Kustom Made fitness plan.
The journey is not an easy one, but I will partner with you and be an accountability coach. I like to say client’s need to fall out of love with the promise and in love with the process. This key concept has changed my life and I know it will do the same for you. Let’s work together to get you the Kustom Made Body you deserve!

I understand the struggle of losing weight and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. At my highest weight, I was almost 400 pounds! A health scare made me realize that I wanted to LIVE for my children and myself. To be a healthier father, son, brother and friend, I began a seventeen month journey to regain my life. I know the hard work and commitment to transform your body and take control of your life. I've done it and I am willing to continue to help you KUSTOMIZE YOUR BODY!

I understand that adapting new fitness habits is difficult and often times fails. My goal is to change your view on fitness, so that it becomes apart of who you are and your lifestyle. I strongly believe that if you practice healthy habits, you will be able to obtain a healthy lifestyle.
